The house once served as settlement for Yokut tribes at the foothills of the National Sequoia and Mineral King Parks.

Let your family embark on the adventure of touring the property, every space is designed to spark creativity, profound conversations and loving connections. This grounds took the name of "The River Island" due to its impressive Nature Preserve, which is in fact a 2 acre wide tiny river Island, which can only be accessed by crossing a small bridge, you can't miss this Natural Wonder of a Hike. Discover Indigenous Yokut Tribe markings, river beaches, bird sanctuaries, swimming holes, fire pits, hiking trails, playground, swings, picnic areas, outdoor grills. The Villa features a night sky observatory, roof tops, library, yoga room, gym, spa, luxurious accommodations, gourmet kitchen, original artwork throughout the property, laundry room, massive dining table, state of the art bathrooms, among others. Please do not plan to book with us if you or anyone in your group has to travel with Pets, one of the owners of the house has a complicated auto immune health situation so no pets (not even service animals) are allowed).

*The fourth bedroom is next to the Gym/Yoga room in a separate building 8 feet away from the main house. Its a fantastic space equipped with its own kitchenette, upstairs loft lounge area and rooftop access, great for those looking for a bit more privacy than the rest of the group. +Additional to your private riverfront, the villa comes with access to a private nature preserve (river island), accessed through a small bridge from the right from the backyard. The river island provides you with exclusive hike and several hidden secret river beaches. Hours to access the Nature Preserve are limited (10:30am to 4pm).
