House Rules — Please Read Carefully By booking this reservation, you agree to the following: Respect the Property: Report any accidental damage. Guests are responsible for damages. Drive max 10 MPH on the private dirt road — this is our #1 neighbor complaint. Guest count: These 3 neighboring properties have a guest count max of 24 people No Events or Shoots: This home is not available for events, film, or photo shoots. Inquiries for weddings or portraits must be made in advance. No Pets: Service animals are welcome; please care for the property responsibly if bringing one. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited due to high fire risk in the area. Quiet Zone: No loud music, parties, or gatherings. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Respect the neighbors and do not trespass or speed. Safety: Use caution around the river, steps, and trails. No lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Footwear: No shoes inside the house. We recommend water shoes for river access—rocks can be slippery. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Optional light service may be available for an added fee, upon request. Plant Care: If staying more than 3 nights in warm weather, please water the potted plants on the front deck (hose provided). Rooftop & Kids: Children may only access rooftop areas with adult supervision. Do not lean over railings. River Disclaimer: River flow varies by season and may be dangerous.
