Drive max 10 MPH on the private dirt road — this is our #1 neighbor complaint. No Events or Shoots: This home is not available for events, film, or photo shoots. Inquiries for weddings or portraits must be made in advance. No Pets: Service animals are welcome; please care for the property responsibly if bringing one. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited due to high fire risk in the area. Quiet Zone: No loud music, parties, or gatherings. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Respect the neighbors and do not trespass or speed. Safety: Use caution around the river, steps, and trails. No lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Footwear: No shoes inside the house. We recommend water shoes for river access—rocks can be slippery. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Optional light service may be available for an added fee, upon request. Plant Care: If staying more than 3 nights in warm weather, please water the potted plants on the front deck (hose provided). The house its self feels like you are in an art gallery, the backyard alone was more than worth the stay. If/when we come back to visit the sequoias, our family and I will be trying to book your air bnb again. The overlook, multiple fire pits, the natural awnings, and backyard right on the river was more than surreal. We appreciate how much attention to detail there was through the house. Thanks again, as we spent most of our time relaxing in the backyard by the water and by fire pit.

This Three Rivers home was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway! Situated directly on the river, the location was stunning with breathtaking views of the flowing water and surrounding mountains, plus easy access to Sequoia National Park. The property itself was immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated with a distinct Bali-inspired aesthetic, creating a warm, exotic, and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The spacious living area was ideal for our group to gather, share stories, and unwind after our daily adventures. We especially loved the fully-equipped kitchen where we prepared delicious meals together while enjoying the panoramic views through the large windows. The sound of the flowing river created the perfect relaxing soundtrack throughout our stay. The comfortable bedrooms provided us with restful sleep each night, and the outdoor patio space was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine while watching the water flow by.
