Inquiries for weddings or portraits must be made in advance. No Pets: Service animals are welcome; please care for the property responsibly if bringing one. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited due to high fire risk in the area. Quiet Zone: No loud music, parties, or gatherings. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Respect the neighbors and do not trespass or speed. Safety: Use caution around the river, steps, and trails. No lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Footwear: No shoes inside the house. We recommend water shoes for river access—rocks can be slippery. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Optional light service may be available for an added fee, upon request. Plant Care: If staying more than 3 nights in warm weather, please water the potted plants on the front deck (hose provided). River Soul is even better than the pictures! Wow! Every detail was perfectly curated to take you on a journey - from the beautiful interior design choices, to the functional open kitchen which we utilized every day, to the spacious deck overlooking the river. Our group never wanted to leave! We wish we would’ve booked another two days so we could have enjoyed the beautiful river and backyard space. Georgel was very communicative and gave us clear instructions regarding the house. We truly cannot wait to return to this stunning oasis!

This house is beautiful and in a peaceful, lovely setting. It had plenty of room for our family of five and was well equipped. The river in the backyard was a great bonus and a good way to cool off after a hot day.

Lovely location and space. River in backyard was easy for young kids to play. Closest luxury lodging to Sequoia but keep in mind about an hour drive to big trees, our group ended up going 2 of 4 days.

This please is like a dream, VERY beautifully decorated with enough of entertainment games. Next to a river stream was definitely a huge plus. However, mosquitos swamped the outdoor patio in the evening, so be careful of that. Here are things to considered tho, (1) doors to the room are hallow which means you can hear any noise in the common areas very easily. So, if you are a lightweight sleeper, highly recommend earplugs. (2) 3 rooms of the 4 have no closet/hanger area at all (3) bathrooms: no towel bar or hooks to hang our moist used towels after shower or bath at all. Despite the considered things, this is still a great place to stay, very comfortable and great esthetics overall!! Host was super prompt on sending reminders, alerts, and tips.

What an amazing house with an amazing view! Everything was very clean and there was some great art all over the house. My family and I have rented a lot of homes on this app and the consensus is that this one has the nicest view and was the most relaxing of all. Thank you again for letting us stay!

Our stay at the Soul of the River was excellent! We had a few minor issues when we first checked in but Georgel and his team were quick to respond and provide solutions! He and his team was very friendly and extremely helpful. The home is exactly like it looks in the photos, if not better! It was amazing to sit outside on the picnic table while "working from home" with the accompanying sound the river and nature around me. It was refreshing for the soul! It's a very safe neighborhood with a lot of families walking around all the time. And being 10 minutes from the entrance of Sequoia is amazing. I would definitely recommend this property!

Highly recommend staying here! The space is so serene and the river is magic. So peaceful, quiet and the perfect space to rest. Georgel was very kind, helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely be coming back to this special place!
